Project Overview
The Tongzhou District Retired Elderly Activity Center is located at No. 20 Xinhua West Street, Tongzhou District, Beijing. It is a leisure and fitness activity center for retired residents, offering a pleasant environment for recreation, sports and daily social life. The park covers an area of less than 50,000 square meters, with a total of 47,000 square meters, yet it creates a distinctive, compact and exquisite atmosphere. As the first elderly park in Beijing, it is a popular summer retreat, known for its delicate landscaping and charming scenery. A comprehensive smart park solution was deployed, integrating interactive projection, smart seats, health testing, safety devices and green mobility facilities into the existing landscape.
Smart Park Configuration
