Project Overview
The Tongzhou District Retired Elderly Activity Center is located at No. 20 Xinhua West Street, Tongzhou District, Beijing. It is a leisure and fitness activity center for retired residents, offering a pleasant environment for recreation, sports and daily social life. The park covers an area of less than 50,000 square meters, with a total of 47,000 square meters, yet it creates a distinctive, compact and exquisite atmosphere. As the first elderly park in Beijing, it is a popular summer retreat, known for its delicate landscaping and charming scenery. A comprehensive smart park solution was deployed, integrating interactive projection, smart seats, health testing, safety devices and green mobility facilities into the existing landscape.
Smart Park Configuration
The solution was customized for the retirement activity center, integrating eleven smart functions: interactive projection, interactive projection pole, LED display, surveillance camera, smart seat, ECG tester, IP sound column, one-button call, electric vehicle charging pile, smart light control and WiFi.
